Peter Barca understands the healthcare needs of his
constituents. It is no secret that rising health care costs plague both
individuals and businesses.
As a legislator he has worked to maintain
affordable healthcare that is accessible to all.
The Barca Agenda is:

Eliminating a tax on non-prescription
medication.

Lowering insurance costs and make
insurance companies and access to insurance more affordable and
accessible for both individuals and businesses. Insurance companies
should charge a fair premium that is not dependent upon health status.

Creating rules and guidelines to insure
that all Wisconsin families and businesses have access to
affordable healthcare.

Offer a tax credit for small businesses as
a strong incentive to offer high quality healthcare to their workers.
Fighting against unjustified price increases in the insurance and drug
markets as well as create incentives to transfer hard copy medical data
to electronic data which can save more money. |
