Peter Barca believes that all citizens deserve to
be safe. As a legislator, Peter Barca was a leader in juvenile justice
and law enforcement issues that increased penalties for criminals.

mandatory sentences for drug dealers.
-
He was the lead author of the bill that passed that made negligent
use of a motor vehicle resulting in a death crime, following a serious
accident that took place in Kenosha.
-
He was one of the leaders to help pass the constitutional amendment to
protect crime victim’s rights.
-

fully fund criminals held in county facilities to save taxpayers
money.

to save taxpayers hundred of thousands of dollars every year.

The Barca Agenda is:
-
Develop new initiatives to keep schools safe and improve campus
safety.
-
Seek new measures to keep the children of Kenosha safe from
predators.
-
Help increase resources to law enforcement to help prevent crime from
occurring such as investment in new technology and needed equipment.
-
Prioritize resources available for the crime labs to help prosecutors
obtain evidence to put criminals in jail.
Not
only to be tough on crime, but to be smart on crime prevention as well.
